If Kartika is said to be the special month of Sri Radha and the <em>rasa-lila</em> dance within Gaudiya Vaishnavism, then why do the Gaudiyas meditate more on the Lord's childhood pastimes and <em>vatsalya-rasa </em>rather than His amorous <em>lila </em>and <em>madhurya-rasa</em> during this time?
