The above image is actually the cover design to the late Sadaputa dasa&#039;s seminal work &#039;MAYA: The World As Virtual Reality,&#039; a highly commendable book (in my opinion) where the same general points are addressed as up here. Those interested may take a dekko at the link I&#039;ve provided.

Otherwise, most mystically-inclined persons would concur with the comments made thus far, and I&#039;m no exception to that.</description>

It seems to me that the author has presented the Achilles heel of the neuroscientists&#039; approach to consciousness with his clear demonstration of the inherent contradictions in such an approach. The argument will go on, no doubt, (like the one between theism and atheism), but I think the points Tallis raises will be very hard to explain away.</description>
