  1. Wait, why is the pujari the cheapest? I think its because they are not really interested in anything but Arcana so they don’t need much. While the big handsome Sankirtan leader is a show man who needs a lot of bling. But mostly I wonder what kind of gender-typing is promoted here when we see that the cook is a woman? Ha!

    • Heh… it was meant to be a jab at the result-oriented idea that the most productive devotee is the most valuable, as if bhakti was a business trade. Cooks have more immediate value than pujaris because they at least do something “useful”. Also, it’s a jab at over-emphasizing preaching.
