  1. Sending all of my thoughts and affection to those devotees who have taken shelter of his divine grace Srila Narayana Maharaja and are left without his divine siksa and unarguable inspirational qualities. My best wishes to his disciples and to the greater Gaudiya community in this transitional time.

  2. What a great loss!
Narayana Maharaja was an enormous inspiration in my spiritual life. His books are pure nectar.
I am filled with deep sadness and great sympathy for his disciples.
    My deepest respect…

  3. Sri Radha Vallabha

    A great loss indeed.
As for me, without any doubt, Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Maharaja has been an example for all descendants of Srila Prabhupada Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati.

What I very much appreciate about him was his being a stalward preacher, spiritual guide, writer and translator while keeping a very high standard of bhajan based on chanting minimum 64 rounds of japa daily.
His life is to be admired and aspired for.

  4. Narayana Maharaja lived a glorious life, died a glorious death and attained the highest perfection of life. The movement lost a giant personality that wielded lots of influence in the KC movement. It looks like 2011 will be a year of soul-searching in the camp of Narayan Maharaja and re-evaluating the situation now that the leader is gone. I am sure he tried his best to finish up his final will regarding succession and progression after his passing.
He left the world with my sincere respect and regard despite any differences I might have had with anything he ever said or did.
I didn’t fully agree with Maharaja on everything, but I certainly respected his right to his own opinion.

  5. Unlimited dandavat pranam at the lotus feet of Nitya Lila Om Visnupada Paramahamsa Parivrajakacarya Paramaradyata Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Maharaja the magnanimous and merciful manifestation of Bhagavan Sri Krishna’s causeless mercy on the conditioned jiva
    brahmanda bhramite kona bhagyavan jiva
Guru Krishna prasade paya bhakti lata bhij
always begging for forgiveness for my incalculable offences at your divine lotus feet
always praying and begging for that day when I can serve the servants of your unlimitedly glorious transcendental svarup
“he reasons ill who says that Vaisnavas die
when thou art living still in sound
the Vaisnavas die to live and living spread the Holy Name around”
always your eternally indebted fallen servant of your servant’s servants,
    shakshi gopal das
